Terms and Conditions

Creativity Unlimited welcomes you to the site and thanks you for your patronage. Creativity Unlimited provides a vast array of services, which can be viewed at our Services page. Due to the nature of the business of providing custom services to a large list of clients, each service and each client have custom terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are individual to each client, and will be accepted fully before work begins.

All terms and conditions will be discussed in the form of project terms and/or account terms and conditions and will be subject to complete agreement on the part of both Creativity Unlimited and the client before anything can be done concerning the discussed project or account. The client is welcome to make any suggestions as to their expectations and/or requirements concerning terms, however they will be subject to agreement on the part of Creativity Unlimited before they are considered active and valid.

The variations in terms and conditions may include:
1. The specifics of each project or service as required by the client.
2. The amount and due date of payment.
3. The method of delivery of the final product.

Upon acceptance of each service by both Creativity Unlimited and the client, the terms and conditions will be discussed, clarified, and accepted. Only those which have been agreed upon will be enforced, and the agreed terms and conditions of a service will be available to the client upon request, at any time.

These terms and conditions can be changed with or without notice, but the terms and conditions of each service are agreed upon by the client and Creativity Unlimited prior to service, and can only be changed by mutual agreement between the client and Creativity Unlimited.
